“The greatest challenge in life is discovering who you are, The second greatest is being happy with what you find.” — Auliq Ice

Does life begin at 40?
I certainly hope so!
If you have stumbled your way here, then the likelihood is you are searching for tremendously more from life, just like me.
Finding Me at Forty is a lifestyle and wellbeing blog that follows my journey to finding myself in my forties.
How do I go from feeling completely lost in the noise of my own and society’s expectations of what a forty-something mother should be, to rediscovering myself, my values, dreams, and needs?
I’ll be finding my way to managing my mental health and anxiety. Reinventing myself as a parent and rediscovering who I am, and what fills me up. Furthermore, I’ll be sharing all of the tools and resources I discover along the way, here at Finding Me at Forty.
I invite you to join me through the highs and the lows. I’ll let you in on those light bulb moments of self-discovery, and snippets of contentment and joy. I’ll offer insights into every step of my midlife search for fulfilment. From techniques to overcoming anxiety and funny anecdotes of negotiating life with teens and tantrums to reviews of destinations, activities, and products that bring me back to life.
But, most importantly, I hope to guide you through Finding Me at Forty, so that maybe, just maybe, you get to find you too.
